EXHIBITION REGULATIONS MOLOSSERSHOW 2023 | ||||
1. | The show is held under the patronage of the Dutch Kennel Club. | |||
2. | The Regulations of the Dutch Kennel Club apply to the exhibition. The regulations are part of the general regulation-manual and can be downloaded from: | |||
3. | The exhibition will be held on 14 May 2023 on the grounds of KC Zeeland, Westhavendijk 4, NL-4475 AC Wilhelminadorp, or if special circumstances changes, at a place and date to be determined by the committee of the federation. | |||
4. | As soon as the number of dogs, that can participate, is reached the entry will be closed. The board reserves the right, if the date of the exhibition is changed, to change the date of closure of the entry. | |||
5. | Information is available, free of charge, at the secretary of the federation Mr. Frits-Jan van Wijk, e-mail: secretaris@dogachtigen.com or at the show manager Mrs. Chantal v. Raamsdonk-Blatter, e-mail: tentoonstelling@dogachtigen.com. You only can register at www.onlinedogshows.eu , the link for this can be found on our website. Only dogs registered in the NHSB, in the annexes of the NHSB or in a FCI accepted studbook can be entered. If you live in the Netherlands, the dog must be registered in the NHSB. | |||
6. | The registration must be in the name and address of the first owner, as stated on the dogs pedigree. | |||
7. | At the same time as the entry, the exhibitor/owner must to pay the entry-fee. | |||
8. | Entry via www.onlinedogshows.eu is equivalent to signing this and you agree to the rules. | |||
9. | Dogs which are entered cannot be withdrawn and/or exchanged and the payment obligation remains at all times. | |||
10. | With the entry of your dog(s) you’ll agree that your data will be provided within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Act for the purpose of the exhibition itself, the championships and the partners, as well as for activities of the Dutch Kennel Club. | |||
11. | The owner/exhibitor declares that by entry he/she accepts the jurisdiction of the Dutch Kennel Club and their regulations, and that he/she is familiar with this. | |||
12. | The owner/exhibitor declares that the dog registered by him/her has been sufficiently vaccinated (regular vaccinations), the validity of which can be shown . Furthermore, the owner/exhibitor declares that the dog registered by him/her, to the best of his knowledge, has not been in circumstances during the past twelve weeks that give a risk of infection with distemper or any other contagious disease and that he/she will not if the circumstances referred to should still arise. Dogs coming from abroad must also have a valid rabies vaccination and be able to show this by means of the European Dog-passport. | |||
13. | All dogs entered at the show, must be fully vaccinated of tittered, shown by a valid Vaccination Bookled or European Dog Passport. | |||
14. | The owner/exhibitor declares that the registered dog has not had his ears cropped. Dogs that have been cropped at the tail and that were born in the Netherlands after August 31, 2001 or abroad after a legal ban of cropping has come into force, are not allowed to participate at the exhibition. Dogs with amputated tails are allowed to participate in this show, provided that the amputation is the result of a medical necessity. The statement of the necessary amputation must be recorded in writing in the European pet passport by a practicing veterinarian. This statement must be presented at the event. Dogs with amputated tails can also participate if it can be shown that the dog was born in a country where there is no tail docking ban or was born before a tail docking ban was in force in the country of birth. In that case, the country of birth must be stated on the registration form. | |||
15. | Not allowed: | |||
a. | Dogs with an ear or skin disorder. | |||
b. | Males not in possession of two normal testicles fully descended into the scrotum. | |||
c. | Dogs cropped at the ears. | |||
16. | The classes of participation are defined as follows, whereby the date on which the dog is shown is decisive for determining the age: Individual classes: | |||
1. | Minor Puppy Class: for dogs that have reached the age of have reached 4 months and have not yet reached the age of 6 months (C.C. not possible). | |||
2. | Puppy Class: for dogs that have reached the age of 6 months on the day of the show and have not yet reached the age of 9 months. (C.C. not possible). | |||
3. | Junior Class: for dogs that have reached the age of 9 months on the day of the show and have not yet reached the age of 18 months. | |||
4. | Intermediate Class: for dogs that have reached the age of 15 months on the day of the show and have not yet reached the age of 24 months. | |||
5. | Open Class: for dogs that have reached the age of 15 months on the day of the show. | |||
6. | Working Class: for working dogs that have reached the age of 15 months on the day of the exhibition and for which the Ditch Kennel Club or, if the owner lives abroad, the Kennel Club of that country, has issued a statement as referred to in Article IV.21 par. 1 of the regulations (enclose a copy). If this copy is not enclosed, the dog will be entered in the open class. | |||
7. | Champion Class: for dogs that have reached the age of 15 months on the day of the show and have a National or International Championship title; for example Belgian, Dutch or German Champion/VDH champion (all other titles are excluded). The championship titles must be stated on the entry form. A copy of the award of one of the titles by the Countries Kennel Club must be submitted with the application. If this copy is not enclosed, the dog will be entered in the open class. | |||
8. | Veteran Class: for dogs that have reached the full age of 8 years on the day of the show. | |||

17. | The entry fee is: | |||
1. | For the minor puppy, puppy class € 30,00 | |||
2. | For the junior, intermediate, open, working, champion and veteran class € 52,50 for the first dog and € 47,50 for the second and following dog of the same (first) owner. | |||
3. | Extra dog per exhibitor, no entry to the show € 5,00 | |||
4. | For the special couple, breeding and descendant class € 5,00 | |||
5. | For the special Child-Dog Show € 0,00 | |||
The entry fee must be paid at the same time as the entry by www.onlinedogshows.eu In case of possible refusal of a dog, due to illness or otherwise, the registration fee will not be refunded. | ||||
18. | The board does not consider itself obliged to return the registration fee in whole or in part in the event of a calamity. | |||
19. | The dogs can be admitted to the showgrounds from 08.00 a.m. | |||
20. | The judging in the individual rings will start at 10.00 a.m. The judging in the main-ring will start at appr. 03.00 p.m. or as soon as the organization or the delegated of the Dutch Kennel Club deems this desirable. The exhibitors won’t be warned by the public system to enter the individual ring with their dog(s). | |||
21. | The show is open to the public from 09:30 a.m. till 05:00 p.m. Entrance is free. Visitor dogs are not allowed. | |||
22. | The show-secretary is open during the show from 08:00 a.m. till 05:00 p.m.. | |||
23. | Each exhibitor irrevocably submits to the judgment of the appointed judge. Every dog presented is considered to have been inspected, provided it is presented to the judge designated for that breed. Dogs sent out of the ring by the judge, for whatever reason, are deemed to have been judged. | |||
24. | Prizes: Proposals for the award of a championship prize from the Dutch Kennel Club (C.C.) can be earned for all definitively recognized varieties at this exhibition. All placed dogs in each class will receive a rosette. | |||
25. | No benching will be present at the exhibition. You are requested to provide benching and possibly a tent(s) yourself. | |||
26. | There will be a limited opportunity at the exhibition to place stands for a fee to be determined by the board. Information regarding stands: Mrs. Riki v. Raamsdonk-Weber, e-mail: stands@dogachtigen.com. | |||
27. | Damage caused by a visitor, stand-exhibitor, dog-exhibitor or dog can never be recovered at the organization. |
